Humsienk offers a straightforward, hassle-free return and refund process.

30-Day No Reason Return

Humsienk offers 30 days of free returns from delivery date. Accepting no-reason returns is subject to the following conditions:

  • Item & accessories undamaged

  • Original packaging

  • Item must be in resellable condition

Buyer covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.

Personal Reason Returns

If more than 30 days have passed since the shipping time and the buyer requests a return, the buyer must provide a reason for the return and the conditions for a 30-day no-reason return must be met.

Buyer still covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.

Defective Product Returns

The Humsienk product is indeed a quality issue confirmed by our technical support team, we usually provide the following two solutions: Replacement, or Refund.

  • Price Difference = Current price - (Purchase Price - Monthly Depreciation × Months Owned - Return Shipping)
  • Monthly Depreciation = Purchase Price / Total Warranty Months

  • Monthly Depreciation = Purchase Price / Warranty Months

Return Condition

Accepting Returns is subject to the following conditions:

  • Item & accessories undamaged
  • Original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition

Return Process

Once Humsienk confirms the status of the product and agrees to the buyer's return request, the following steps will be taken:

  • Apply for a return label for your order
  • You need to attach the return label to the package to be returned
  • Send the package to be returned to the courier station for delivery
  • Before shipping your return, please take photos of the package, shipping label, and recorded weight. Keeping these records may help avoid potential disputes if any issues occur during transit. Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Note: Normally Humsienk does not accept buyers sending products back to the warehouse without communication.

Refund Process

Humsienk offers a convenient refund process. The refund method is the same as the original payment method. For example, if the buyer paid by PayPal, the refund will also be returned via PayPal. But the refund time varies depending on the situation:

  • Order Cancellation: Once confirmed, refund actions will be taken immediately.

  • 30-Day No Reason Return & Personal Reason Returns: Once the package to be returned is returned to the warehouse and the Humsienk warehouse staff confirms that the product meets the above return conditions, a refund will be arranged.

  • Defective Product Returns: Same as above 30-Day No Reason Return & Personal Reason Returns

Note:

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall be responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the courier service chosen.
  • If the return is due to our responsibility (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect items), the consumer will not be required to bear the return shipping cost.
  • For returns under the 30-Day No Reason Return, Personal Reason Returns, or Defective Product Returns, the round-trip shipping cost and any price difference (if applicable) may be deducted from the original order amount.
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled free of charge if the request is made before shipment and within the cancellation period specified on our website.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Normally, you will receive your refund within 1–2 business days after it is processed. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us for assistance.
