Download Instructions

  • Search & Click to download the App: Search for "HumSienk Smart BMS" on Google Play or the Apple Store, and click to download.
  • Perform basic setup & Accept terms: Allow the app to access your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
  • Connect your Bluetooth battery: One way is to click the search icon in the upper right corner, find your Bluetooth battery, and connect; another way is to open the scan button in the search box and scan the QR code on your Bluetooth battery.
  • Select the preferred language: There is a language selection box at the top of the app. Currently supported languages include Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, French and Dutch.

Where can I download the Humsienk App?

Humsienk App is free to download from both the Apple Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play (for Android devices). You can also find the "Download Instructions" on this page and click on the corresponding app to download.

Do I need to register an account to connect the battery?

Unnecessary! You just need to click Allow access to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.

How do I enable the Bluetooth function after receiving Humsienk LiFePO4 lithium Bluetooth batteries?

Normally, Bluetooth activation is not required when you receive your battery. However, if you receive your battery and are unable to find the Bluetooth battery when attempting to connect, you will need to charge the battery using a LiFePO4 battery charger or MPPT charger with activation.

If you do not have a compatible LiFePO4 battery charger or MPPT charger, we recommend placing this order together.

What information does HumSienk Smart BMS display?

The following key features of HumSienk Smart BMS:

  • Real-Time Data: Remaining battery capacity, power, current, voltage, temperature, etc.;
  • Battery Control: Allows control of battery charge and discharge switches and heating function switches;
  • Battery Protection Monitor: For Overcharge, Overcurrent, Overtemperature and Low Temperature Warning and Protection Alarms.
Why is the voltage displayed on the HumSienk Smart BMS App different from the actual voltage I measured?

Testing with a multimeter is actually connecting a load to discharge, so there will be a voltage difference. The actual data is recommended to be based on the App.

Why does HumSienk Smart BMS detect LiFePO4 lithium Bluetooth batteries only when they have a load connected to them?

If the battery is not used for a while, the BMS will enter sleep mode. The battery BMS cannot connect to the Bluetooth (HumSienk Smart BMS) when it is in sleep mode. If you charge or discharge the battery, the sleep mode will automatically activate.
