- Search & Click to download the App: Search for "HumSienk Smart BMS" on Google Play or the Apple Store, and click to download.
- Perform basic setup & Accept terms: Allow the app to access your phone’s Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
- Connect your Bluetooth battery: One way is to click the search icon in the upper right corner, find your Bluetooth battery, and connect; another way is to open the scan button in the search box and scan the QR code on your Bluetooth battery.
- Select the preferred language: There is a language selection box at the top of the app. Currently supported languages include Chinese, English, Japanese, Spanish, French and Dutch.

Humsienk App is free to download from both the Apple Store (for iOS devices) and Google Play (for Android devices). You can also find the "Download Instructions" on this page and click on the corresponding app to download.
Unnecessary! You just need to click Allow access to Bluetooth and Wi-Fi.
Normally, Bluetooth activation is not required when you receive your battery. However, if you receive your battery and are unable to find the Bluetooth battery when attempting to connect, you will need to charge the battery using a LiFePO4 battery charger or MPPT charger with activation.
If you do not have a compatible LiFePO4 battery charger or MPPT charger, we recommend placing this order together.

Testing with a multimeter is actually connecting a load to discharge, so there will be a voltage difference. The actual data is recommended to be based on the App.
If the battery is not used for a while, the BMS will enter sleep mode. The battery BMS cannot connect to the Bluetooth (HumSienk Smart BMS) when it is in sleep mode. If you charge or discharge the battery, the sleep mode will automatically activate.
Unfortunately no. However, you can monitor both batteries separately via the HumSienk Smart BMS.
If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted due to distance (around 10 meters under ideal conditions, though the actual range may vary depending on the surroundings), the app will automatically try to reconnect once the phone is back within range.
