The first battery I received would not charge because the low temp sensor was faulty. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement and a return shipping label for the bad one. The new one charged up and works great. Seems to be good quality for a budget friendly battery.

This has been holding a charge even in low temperatures as a HAM radio back-up power supply.The good: Light weight! Keeps a steady supply through its discharge cycle. LiFePo chemistry is superior as a battery back-up and deep-cycle source. (Not to be confused with LiPo - this is not a typical chemistry as a "drone" battery).The bad: None to list.Bottom line: I only wish these came in a higher capacity. Still, this is a great value at this price point.

Had a problem with the battery not charging but after contacting the customer service, they guide me through the process and after that everything worked out great. The customer service is excellent and the product. I’m using it for last two weeks now it’s working great thank you for standing behind your products Not like the other brands.

Arrived well packed, with four bolts and two caps and detailed user manual. Specs on pics. I will charge and discharge a few cycles with wall charger and solar. After a while I’ll share the performance results. Seems like a good value deal.Update: Humsienk 12.8v 100ah holds 13.3v at 50-60% state of charged capacity. Full charge reaches up to 14.02v, gets stabilized at 13.85v at 100% capacity.Humsienk customer service responded within 24hrs and conducted supportive knowledgeable assistance.

This 150Ah battery completely changed the way we camp! It powers our fridge, lights, and inverter with no issues at all. The weight savings compared to my old lead-acid battery is a game-changer. Charging is super fast, and I love that it’s expandable in case we want more storage later. Highly recommend for RV owners!
