What is a LiFePO4 battery, and how is it better than lead-acid batteries?

LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) batteries are high-performance, long-life lithium-ion batteries, ideal for RVs, solar storage, boats, and more. Compared to traditional lead-acid batteries, they offer several key advantages:

  • Superior safety – LiFePO4 chemistry is highly stable and less prone to fire or explosion.
  • Longer lifespan – Over 5000 deep charge/discharge cycles, 8x longer than typical lead-acid batteries.
  • Higher usable capacity – Up to 50% more usable energy compared to lead-acid at the same rated capacity.
  • Lighter weight – Up to 70% lighter, making it easier to install and ideal for mobile/off-grid systems.
  • Lower self-discharge – Holds charge longer during storage.
  • Eco-friendly – No heavy metals, non-toxic, and recyclable.
Can I connect multiple batteries in series or parallel?

Yes, most models support up to 4 in series and/or 4 in parallel(In the same model). Please check your product manual for details.

Are these batteries suitable for solar, RV, or off-grid systems?

Absolutely. Our batteries are ideal for solar storage, RVs, boats, and other off-grid systems.

How long is the battery lifespan?

Our batteries can last up to 10 years or 4000–6000 deep cycles, depending on usage conditions.

Shipping & Delivery

Where the products are shipped from

Humsienk-EU currently has two warehouses, one in Germany and one in Poland. We will choose the warehouse closest to you to ship your order based on the country of your order.

Is it safe to ship batteries?

We use reliable packaging to ensure safe battery transport.

What shipping methods do you offer?

DPD, DHL, INPOST or UPS Different shipping warehouses or product models use different carriers. If you want to specify a special carrier, please contact us. However, if you change the carrier, you may incur additional shipping costs that you will have to bear.

How to charge the shipping cost?

All orders are shipped free of charge (except for special circumstances notified by the logistics company).

How long does shipping take?

Once you place your order, it takes 1-2 business days to process. Once your order is processed, it is expected to arrive within 2-10 business days. In most cases, your order will arrive within 2-5 business days after it is shipped, depending on stock availability and your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

Humsienk supports the following payment methods for buyers:

How does Humsienk protect my payment security?

Humsienk cannot obtain any security information of your card from the bank. We can only provide the order number, billing information, delivery information, ordered product information and the last four digits of the card number.
Our website uses SSL encryption verification, which is a safer and more reliable website, allowing you to shop with peace of mind.

What are prices and currencies?

All prices include taxes, fees and customs duties. Humsienk EU prices are in Euro, Bulgarian Lev, Czech Koruna, Danish Krone, Hungarian Forint, Polish Zloty, Romanian Lei and Swedish Krona.

Are the prices on the European website inclusive of tax or exclusive of tax?

The product prices we display include VAT and you can purchase directly.

If you are a Business buyer in Europe and want to purchase products tax-free, what should you do?

You can contact our customer service team and provide your company name, address, phone number and VAT number. The customer service team will verify the validity of your VAT number through the VIES VAT number verification system. Once the verification is passed, the tax-free order will be created for you.

How do I get my invoice?

We currently do not support automatic invoicing. You can contact our customer service team to obtain an order invoice.

What should I do if I want to modify the invoice content after the invoice is issued?

If you need to make any changes, you can contact our customer service team directly and provide the information you need to modify.

What should I do if I forget my account password?

Don't worry, you can contact our customer service staff to restore it.

Do I need to register an account to purchase Humsienk products?

You don't need to register an account, you can place an order directly as a guest.

Returns & Refund

Can I return the battery if I’m not satisfied?

Humsienk offers 14 days of free returns from delivery date. Accepting no-reason returns is subject to the following conditions:

  • Item & accessories undamaged
  • Original packaging
  • Item must be in resellable condition

Buyer covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.

How to return defective products?

If a Humsienk product has a genuine quality issue, confirmed by our technical support team, we typically offer one of two solutions: a replacement or a refund. Specific solutions can be found in our Return and Refund Policy.

If the price of a product drops after I purchase it, can I apply for a refund of the price difference?

Sorry, we reserve the right not to refund the price difference if it is due to a promotion.

What if I want to cancel an order after it has been shipped?

Please rest assured that you can cancel the order before the battery is shipped. However, Humsienk will not bear the relevant fees for cancellation of the order. You can contact our customer service center at that time.

If you want to return the product, how will the return fee be charged? Will it be borne by the buyer or Humsienk?

There are two different solutions:

  • Humsienk will pay for the cost of return shipping if the reason for the return was the result of our error.
  • Humsienk will not bear the shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons of the customer.
    For specific circumstances, please refer to our return and refund policy or contact the customer service center for consultation.



What should I do after initiating a return? Will Humsienk provide return labels and door-to-door pickup services?

Once Humsienk approves the return, it will be processed based on the original shipping warehouse. Humsienk may provide a return label and pickup service. If not available, the customer must return the package at their own expense. If Humsienk covers the shipping cost, the customer must pay it upfront, and Humsienk will reimburse it later.

What is the refund process like and how long does it usually take?

Humsienk will issue your refund via your original payment method. If you paid with PayPal, the refund will also be processed through PayPal. It usually takes 2–9 business days for the refund to appear in your account. If you haven't received it within 10 business days, please contact our customer service.

Is the installation process complicated?

Installation is straightforward. Please refer to our user manual or contact support.

Do I need to activate the battery before first use?

No, our batteries are plug-and-play and require no activation.

Can the battery terminals face downwards?

Yes, the terminals can be pointed downwards. The battery can be mounted in a variety of positions.

Can I connect different types of Humsienk batteries in series or parallel?

Batteries of different models, brands and capacities cannot be used in series or parallel.

Where can Humsienk deep cycle batteries be used?

Our batteries are widely used in RV batteries, home energy storage, trolley motors and other applications that require deep cycles.

How do I store the battery when I don't use it for a while? What should I pay attention to when I use it again?

Do not store the battery after it’s fully discharged. It's best to charge it to around 50% before storage and avoid leaving it unused for long periods. Store in a cool, dry place, ideally between 40–80°F (4–27°C). To maintain optimal performance, recharge the battery at least every 2–3 months. Never leave the battery connected to the charger during storage.

How do I maintain a LiFePO4 battery?
  • Avoid full discharge: Never let the battery run completely empty before recharging.
  • Partial charge for storage: Charge the battery to about 50% before storing.
  • Store properly: Keep the battery in a cool, dry place ( 4–27°C).
  • Recharge regularly: If not in use, recharge every 2–3 months to maintain performance.
  • Avoid overcharging: Do not leave the battery connected to a charger for long periods.
  • Use the right charger: Always use a charger compatible with LiFePO4 batteries.
  • Keep terminals clean: Check and clean battery terminals periodically to prevent corrosion.

Charging

Any suggestions on charging temperature?

The recommended charging temperature is 0℃ - 65℃.

How do I charge when I connect in series and parallel?

When you use them in series or in parallel, we recommend that you fully charge each battery separately before use. This will be more beneficial to the battery life and endurance.

What charging methods does Humsienk battery support?

Humsienk supports 3 charging methods: AC - DC LiFePO4 battery charger, Solar Panel with Solar controller, and DC-DC generator with DC - DC charger.

Warranty & Support

Is my battery warranty 5 years? What if I want to get additional coverage?

Humsienk currently offers a minimum 5-year warranty on batteries with a capacity of over 50Ah. If you want to get the extra two years of warranty, you need to register the warranty.

Under what circumstances can I claim warranty?

If you use the product correctly and it fails, you can refer to our policy to claim warranty.

What is the warranty process?

The process typically includes five steps: warranty registration, contacting customer service, initial diagnosis, warranty eligibility confirmation, and resolution. For details, please refer to our warranty policy.

How can I get technical support?

You can reach us via live chat, emai. Our professional customer service team is always at your service.

Do you provide user manuals or video guides?

Yes, we provide detailed instructions and some batteries' operation videos. You can contact customer service to get them after placing an order.
