All Humsienk products undergo rigorous quality inspection before leaving the factory. To demonstrate our commitment to product quality, we provide the following warranty for all Humsienk products sold, effective from the date of purchase.
Rest assured, should any Humsienk product exhibit quality issues (as confirmed by our professional technical team), we will offer a replacement or full refund. Please note that this warranty is subject to the terms and conditions of the Limited Warranty, and Humsienk reserves the final interpretation right.

Warranty Content
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled without providing a reason by contacting us within 30 minutes of placement. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible; please refuse delivery from the courier.
14-Day No Reason Return
Humsienk offers 14 days of free returns from delivery date. Accepting no-reason returns is subject to the following conditions:
- Item & accessories undamaged
- Original packaging
- Item must be in resellable condition
Buyer covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.
Personal Reason Returns
If more than 14 days have passed since the shipping time and the buyer requests a return, the buyer must provide a reason for the return and the conditions for a 14-day no-reason return must be met.
Buyer still covers shipping for non-defect returns. Shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the order amount.
Defective Product Returns
The Humsienk product is indeed a quality issue confirmed by our technical support team, we usually provide the following two solutions: Replacement, or Refund.

Warranty Claim Process
If you believe your battery is defective, please follow these steps:
- Register Warranty: Please make sure that you have activated the warranty for your product. Activate Your Warranty.
- Contact Customer Service: You can contact us via email or online chat with your purchase platform, order number, problem description, and any relevant photos or videos.
- Troubleshooting: Our support team may ask you to perform basic troubleshooting steps to ensure that the problem is related to the battery and not other components. This may include testing the battery on different devices or checking connections.
- Confirmation of Situation: If our technical team confirms that your product is indeed defective, we will provide a solution based on the warranty content and your actual situation.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover the following:
- Normal Wear and Tear: While LiFePO4 batteries have a long lifespan, gradual degradation of battery capacity or performance over time due to normal use is not covered under warranty.
- Misuse or Improper Handling: Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation (including physical damage, overcharging, or using the battery outside its specified parameters) is not covered.
- Accidental Damage: Any damage resulting from accidents, such as dropping, crushing, or exposure to extreme temperatures or environments, is not covered.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs or modifications made by someone other than an authorized technician or our support team will void the warranty.
- Third-Party Products: Any third-party accessories or components that are used with our batteries are not covered under this warranty.
- Force majeure: Damage caused by natural disasters, war and other force majeure factors is not covered by the warranty.
- Inconsistent with the country of purchase: The limited warranty is restricted to the country of purchase. The warranty will be invalid on the items once they are taken or shipped to other countries.
- Purchasing from third parties: Humsienk cannot guarantee the quality of products purchased from third parties.
