Great customer service

Tremendous power. Purchased two for my motorhome. Powers everything from A/C to microwave for about 3 days without having to run generator.

Good quality. Support was good

The first battery I received would not charge because the low temp sensor was faulty. I contacted support and they sent me a replacement and a return shipping label for the bad one. The new one charged up and works great. Seems to be good quality for a budget friendly battery.

Shipping was rhe problem

Not sure what happened in shipping, whether it was the manufacturer, Amazon, or FedEx, but the battery did not arrive in the original packaging. It was in a FedEx box that was roo large. Box had two foam packaging pieces and two sets of terminal bolts. Battery was able to move quite freely in the box. FedEx box was damaged quite a bit and held together with a bunch of tape. Battery has noticeable dings on one lower side, but did not go through the outer shell.

Put the battery on a slow charge and was able to get it completely full with no issues. No swelling, no overheating, and completed a full charge as expected. I will try to remember to come back and complete the review once I get the power station in use.

The customer service is excellent and the product. I’m using it for last two weeks now it’s working great thank you for standing behind your products Not like the other brands.
