📦 How Local Pickup Works

• Order Online
  Place your order on our website and select “Local Pickup” at checkout.
• Order Processing (1 Day Required)
  Orders must be placed at least ONE (1) day in advance to allow preparation.
•  Pickup Confirmation
  Our team will arrange your pickup and notify you once your order is ready.
• Collect Your Order
  Visit the selected warehouse and present your Bill of Lading (B/L) (digital copy accepted) to collect your items.

⚠️ Important Pickup Instructions

• Advance Notice Required
  Same-day walk-in pickups are NOT supported. Please order at least 1 day in advance.
• Required Information
  You must bring your Order Number when picking up your Bill of Lading (B/L) (digital copy accepted) .
• Heavy Item Notice
  LiFePO4 batteries are heavy. Please ensure you have:
• A suitable vehicle (SUV / Van / Truck)
  Assistance for loading if needed
• Invoice Request
  If you require an invoice, please inform us in advance before pickup.
